Very strong and reliable, for the polymerization of polyurethane, it is a machine suitable for small and medium production. It is composed of 14 stations with singularly heated double plates and controlled by an electronic thermal regulator. The rectangular plates increase the working surface, which allow the use of two dies under each plate at the same time (when using small dies). The working surface of each die is 300x400mm. The temperature can be regulated as desired up to 90°C. The rotating speed is electronically regulated, just operate on the potentiometer on the general command console. The customer chooses the range for the rotating speed; a roundabout can be produced for all needs.

The customer can even change the rotating direction, clockwise or anti-clockwise. The superior plate is raised and lowered by a pneumatic slide which can be commanded manually or automatically by "cams" strategically placed. The plates, built completely from thick anticorodal aluminium, have internal special electric resistances. These are flat ( sheet form ) and distribute the heat uniformly avoiding dangerous peak heat points. Each superior plate has a distance regulating system from the inferior plate. Using a small wheel the plate support screw is operated, adapting it to the thickness of the die in use. The maximum distance, which however can be defined on request, is 300mm. There is an electric control console every two stations. Each console includes the thermal regulators, the controls, the warning lights, optical and acoustic alarms and allows the plates to be inserted as desidered.

oil and fuel filters
The very strong and reliable, roundabout for the oil filter baking, (glue hardening ), is a machine suitable for small and medium production. It is formed by 14 stations with singularly heated double plates and controlled by an electronic thermal regulator. The plates have a diameter of 250mm. The temperature can be regulated as desired up to 250°c. The rotating speed is electronically regulated, just operate on the potentiometer on the general command console. The customer chooses the range of rotating speed; a roundabout for all needs can be produced. The customer can even choose the rotating direction, clockwise or anti-clockwise.
OIL  ROUNDABOUT
The superior plate is raised and lowered by a pneumatic slide which can be commanded manually or automatically by "cams" strategically placed. The plates, built completely from thick anticorodal aluminium, have special internal resistances. Between the two plates there is a steel uniting plane to facilitate piece movement. On request, it is possible to supply the machine with an automatic piece expeller. The expeller, (see photograph), is formed by a pneumatic "pallet" which, when the press automatically opens, moves forward and pushes the filter off of the plates. The expelling point can be determined by the cam. The unloading will have to be arranged, a container or transport, for example a conveyor belt for the storing of the expelled pieces. This very strong and reliable filter baking roundabout for industrial vehicles, (glue hardening), is a machine suitable for small and medium scale production. It is formed of 12 stations with singularly heated double plates and controlled by an electronic thermal regulator. The diameter of the plates is 400mm. The temperature can be regulated as desired up to 250°C. The rotating speed is electronically regulated, just operate on the potentiometer on the general command console. The customer chooses the range for the rotating speed, a roundabout can be produced for all needs.
INDUSTRIAL  ROUNDABOUT
The customer can even choose the rotating direction, clockwise or anti-clockwise. The superior plates are raised and lowered by pneumatic slides which can be commanded manually or automatically by "cams" strategically placed. The plates, built completely from thick anticorodal aluminium, have internal armoured electric resistances. Between the plates there is a steel uniting plane to facilitate piece movement. The effective production depends on how long the glue needs to harden. If the filters are of limited dimension more than one can be placed on each plate, therefore increasing the production. Each superior plate has a distance regulating system from the inferior plate. Using a small wheel the plate support screw is operated, adapting it to the thickness of the die in use. The maximum distance, which however can be defined on request, is 750mm. There is an electric control console every two stations. Each console includes the thermal regulators, the controls, the warning lights optical and acoustic alarms and allows the plates to be inserted as desired.
ROUNDABOUT
circular air filters
This quite small and cheap roundabout, is a machine suitable for small and medium series of circular air filters. Formed by just one base disc and completed with a central column on which rest 14 arms. Each arm, which can slide vertically and independently from the others, has a disc which rises and lowers pneumatically on the end. These upper discs have a diameter of 200mm and are not heated. Opening and closing is manual and can be obtained by operating the valve placed on each arm. The height of the arm is manually regulated. A lever hold down handle holds each arm to the central column so avoiding accidental sliding along its vertical guide. The pressing force of the upper discs can be regulated as desired around the order of a few kilos. Both the upper and base discs are made from anticorodal aluminium.
CIRCULAR  ROUNDABOUT
The base disc is completely heated and can be regulated as desired up to 80°c. The heating is electrical achieved by special resistances. These resistances are flat with circular sectors, giving a uniform distribution of heat avoiding dangerous heat points. The rotating speed is electronically regulated, just operate on the potentiometer on the general command console. The customer chooses the range for the rotating speed; a roundabout can be produced for all needs. The customer can even change the rotating direction, clockwise or anti-clockwise. The maximum vertical distance between the discs is 500mm. this however can be defined on request depending on the production necessities. The machine contains just one electric command console where all the devices needed for perfect performance are placed. The production obtained depends on the polymerization time of the product in use. A model with 28 upper discs is available. This is obtained adding another disc and relative pneumatic cylinder onto each arm, placing them between the discs already present on the internal diameter.

Opening and closing is automatic . It is formed of 6 stations with singularly heated plates and controlled by an electronic thermal regulator. The diameter of the plates is 250mm. The temperature can be regulated as desired up to 250°C. The pressing force of the upper discs can be regulated as desired around the order of a few kilos. Both the upper and base discs are made from anticorodal aluminium.
SPECIAL  ROUNDABOUT
BENCHES
panel and circular air filters, oil filters, industrial vehicles air filters
The baking benches were born to satisfy small production needs. Essentially built from an appropriate sized bench on which the same presses used with the roundabout are placed, they can have 1,2,3 or 4 stations. They are therefore suitable for the production of oil, air and industrial vehicle filters depending on the type of press mounted on the bench. The industrial benches have 400mm. diameter plates and can reach a temperature of 250°c. The maximum distance between the plates reaches 750mm. The oil filter benches have presses with 250mm. diameter plates with the possibility to separate them up to 300mm. The maximum temperature reached is 250°c.
BENCHES
The air filter benches reach 90°c. They can have rectangular plates measuring 300 x 400mm. and round plates with a 250mm. diameter. The maximum distance between the plates is 300mm. The heating is electrical for all models. The cycle time is obtained from the electronic timers: once the filter has been placed on the plates, both the descent and cycle start buttons are pressed together; the count down starts, automatically at the end of the set time, the plates open and an alarm warns the operator that the machine is ready to start a new cycle. On benches with more than one press, each one is independent from the other. Each plate is autonomously heated and controlled by electronic thermal regulators. On benches with more than one press, the inferior plates have a steel plane between them to facilitate piece movement. Each press has an independent electric console; it is possible to have just one electric console which however permits each single station to be independent. The production obtained depends on the baking time of the product used, type of job and type of bench used. The industrial filter bench is suitable for the production any type of filters.
